Frankie Latimer is an accredited mental health social worker with post-graduate certification and studies in both psychological and evidence-based somatic approaches and nervous system therapies. She utilises a variety of approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and a holistic approach to her therapy practice, informed by her professional background, ongoing professional development and her personal journey.
